We use the industry-standard Goldmine Grading System to evaluate both the vinyl and the sleeve. Each record is carefully inspected under bright light to ensure accurate descriptions of its condition.
How are the records packaged for shipping?
We use heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Records are removed from their outer sleeves to prevent seam splits during transit, and everything is secured with bubble wrap or stiffeners.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our vinyl collections worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
What is your return policy for faulty items?
If your record is warped, skips, or has significant noise not mentioned in the description, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please contact our support team to initiate a return label.
